Job Description
Currently seeking Full or Part-time MN licensed nurses for days and evening shifts. Conduct daily rounds, provide clinical supervision for nursing assistants, administer and document resident's care and treatments appropriately. $2,000 hiring bonus!
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Minnesota State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Must possess ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term care
- Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
- Must be physically capable of effectively hearing, seeing and speaking.
- Must be physically capable of walking, prolonged standing, taking stairs, running, prolonged sitting, bending, pulling/pushing weights exceeding 150 lbs and fine motor dexterity (i.e. computer usage).
- Must be able to physically and emotionally assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
