Case Manager-Foster Care
Salary: $43,500 - $48,500
Do you enjoy helping children reach their full potential? If so, we want you to be our next case manager to provide services to foster parents, children, and youth.
The Case Manager will act as a team member by:

Conducting home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes.

Building relationships while using a strength-based approach with the families and children.

Partnering with referring agencies, schools, community resources, to serve the needs of families and children.

Effectively responding to crises.
Position Requirements:

A Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or directly related human service field from an accredited four-year college is required. If BSW then LBSW is needed, or candidate needs to be working towards licensure.

Five years of supervised, paid case work experience, with at least two years with an approved child-placing agency.

Case managers work as a part of a larger treatment team; effective verbal and written communication is essential, on-call hours are required.

Training in Evidence Based Practices will be provided upon hire.
