Regional Supervisor Older Youth Services Independent Living
Salary: $50,000 - $62,500
Do you enjoy motivating and coaching others while keeping a close eye on the details? If so, The Villages invites you to become our next Regional Supervisor for Older Youth Services (OYS) Independent Living. This position is responsible for the oversight and support of The Villages OYS Independent Living team.
The Regional Supervisor will:

Establish and implement best practice training principles and procedures for OYS Independent Living

Provide case management supervision and consultation with staff

Oversee program documentation and contact notes

Review and oversee the timely completion of Case Life Skills Assessments and Successful Adulthood Learning Plans

Manage and oversee eligibility of referrals

Develop strategies and maintain community partnerships to effectively support the OYS program in the region
On call duties are required
Position Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Social Work, counseling, or a related human service area of study.

If degree is BSW, must have LBSW or be license eligible.

Supervisory experience or OYS Independent Living experience
Preferred Requirements:

Masters degree or higher in Social Work, counseling, or related human service area of study

Child welfare experience
