What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Stock Room and Floor Recovery Associate position at The Vintage Label, LLC?
We are looking for an energetic, organized, detail-oriented person for this position. A strong work ethic and love for multi-tasking is a must! This position is key in supporting our management and sales staff in creating a positive shopping experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team and will take pride in their contribution to the Company.
The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to learn, take direction, has a desire to succeed, is naturally outgoing and task-oriented. This position works directly with management and sales staff in a high-end retail boutique and will have direct interaction with customers.

General support responsibilities include:
- Following store protocols for overall store appearance and recovery
- Maintains stock-room organization.
- Recovers dressing rooms as needed.
- Takes initiative with store recovery and maintaining store appearance.
- Possesses the desire to learn and grow in support of sales and management
- Has a natural attention to detail and is task-oriented
- Assists Sales staff as needed with customers
- Greeting clients and assisting Sales staff/Management as needed.
- Able to demonstrate reliability and dependability.
- Represents the company with integrity and dedication.
- Maintains professionalism and provides excellent support service.
- Must be available to work weekends and Holidays
