Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!
Full time/ Part time position open for NP in a skilled nursing facility in Taylor , PA.
Offering flexible hours and days. No weekend, evenings or on call required!
Responsibilities:
- Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients
- Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions
- Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists
Qualifications:
- Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!
- Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member
- Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
