Customer Service Representative

Vomela St. Paul has an exciting opportunity for a high-energy and customer oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our Customer Service staff is responsible for using the ERP system(s) to enter customer order, ensuring that paperwork submitted to production is accurate by reviewing submitted data against work processed, and confirming inventory is available for new orders being entered.

Key Responsibilities

* Process orders submitted from team members, through various online portals, and/or customer call-in requests.

* Answer in-coming communication via email and or phone calls and provide follow-up communication as needed.

* Process orders and paperwork in a timely manner.

* Follow up on orders.

* Assist with client complaints and ensure all issues are resolved and processed in a timely manner.

* Communicate any problems and/or changes to appropriate departments.

* Assist with other customer service responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

* Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent in education, training, and experience.

* Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Excel, Word and Outlook

* Strong organization skills, impeccable attention to details and able to effectively manage multiple tasks while able to stay calm under pressure

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

* Possesses high energy, positive and upbeat personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service

Salary

$40,000 to $50,000 annually based on experience
