Examples of duties include:
- Daily and weekly reporting monitoring & corrections
- Handles client inquiries and concerns
- Calls on past due customer accounts
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience required
- Computer savvy, proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Extensive customer service experience
- Must have strong skills related to communications-written and verbal, processing & coordination, organization with ability to multitask, and attention to detail
- Conscientious and a team player, Work enthusiastically and collaboratively with clients, vendors and employees
- Clean driving record a must
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
