The Waldinger Corporation is looking for an engaging and collaborative Human Resource Specialist for our Talent Rewards group. This position will work out of our beautiful new Corporate Headquarters in Des Moines, IA. This role will support the analytical activities within Performance and Talent Rewards including market research, analysis and recommendations for compensation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree along with 2 years of full time (exempt) level experience
- CCP a plus, but not required
- Skilled in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis related to compensation and KPIs
- Familiarity with the employee performance management cycle
- Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to perform lookups, create pivots, and aggregate large data sets
