Seeking experienced bakery production manager for manufacturing facility in the South Bay Boston location. This is an evening overnight position that requires the manager to lead a team to manufacture, distribute and deliver Dunkin’ bakery products.Job Description:
The Bakery Production Manager is responsible for overseeing Waldwin Production daily production operations in its entirety. Responsibilities include; leading a bakery team nightly to produce the best in class bakery products and deliver them to all Dunkin’ restaurants involved. The manager will be responsible to maintain all aspects of the physical facilities along with heavy duty semi automated equipment.. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an understanding of bakery production processes. The adherence to Dunkin’ Brands standard and City and State health code is a vital aspect of the Manager’s leadership and success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage bakery staff, to meet daily production goals, in addition to complying with all Waldwin Production Human resources policies and guidelines.
- Skillfully executing bakery operations that result in great food safety compliance while maintaining high standards of safety procedures and an excellent sanitation process.
- Ensure compliance with Dunkin Manufacturing Guidelines
- Ensure all bakery equipment is operating properly and maintained
Pay: $1,250-$1,350 per week
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek with a 5pm reporting time.

Qualifications
Associate Degree, ServeSafe Certificate and OSHA knowledge. Driving license required to do regular audits of driving and distribution of product to customers. Ability to stand, lift and push bakery product
