Senior Associate Consultant
Overview: Senior Associates enhance the collaborative environment within The Warren Consulting Group (TWCG) by supporting multiple Lines of Revenue (LoR). We are a consortium of independent professionals who drive our own destinies through shared resources, knowledge, contacts, and strengths. Our LoR streams include:
- Proposal Support: From SBIR/STTR Phase I-III to Full FEDSIM format (FLEX) GSA AAS opportunities.
- Empowering Small Businesses (SB): Franchising assistance, business operations tools, processes, and roadmaps.
- Corporate Intelligence Support: Market analysis and Black Hat research.
- Workshops and Training: SB-Larger Corporation workshops, whiteboard sessions, and training modules focused on technology, opportunity pipelines, BD/Capture/Proposal topics, business operations, and executive knowledge management and strategy.
- Client Service and Government Relations: Assisting with location client service representatives and government relations expertise.
Responsibilities: As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will provide professional advice and support to clients, primarily within DoD, DoJ, DoS, and DHS. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing plans and designing strategies.
- Supporting proposals and refining operational processes/tools.
- Identifying requirements and analyzing data to make recommendations for improving business operations.
- Collaborating with a small team of expert consultants on various projects.
- Maintaining strong relationships with both internal staff members and external customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 20 years of experience (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of US Government department experience (DoD, DHS, DoJ, DoS).
- Public Trust Clearance is required (Current Security Clearance from S to TS/SCI & Poly is a plus).
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Desired: Retired Military or Government Civilian.
- Key locations a plus: Washington DC, Ft Liberty NC, Tampa FL, Huntsville or Ft Novosel AL, Ft Huachuca AZ, Colorado Springs CO, and many others.
