What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server at THE WASHINGTON BREWING position at THE WASHINGTON BREWING COMPANY?
At TWBC, our motto is Beer. Food. Fun. We are looking for like minded individuals to join our team! We are a growing Brewery and Distillery with a full restaurant. We are currently seeking PART TIME Server for 1-2 shifts per week. MUST be available on Friday night, Saturday and some Sundays.Bonus if you can fill in for vacations on weekdays! We try to work with your schedule.
We are located at 28 East Maiden Street in downtown Washington PA. We specialize in smoked meats and hand tossed wood fired pizzas. We make our own dough, sauces, rubs, etc. We are a small family owned business and treat our employees like our own family.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile.
- Learn about and discuss our craft beer, wine & cocktails.
- Inform guests of specials.
- Perform standard waitstaff duties - take orders, clear tables, run food, complete side work, etc.
- Ensure all areas of our building are clean, tidy, and presentable to guests. Mop floors nightly.
- Work as a team with the front of house and kitchen staff.
Qualifications
- Prior server/waitstaff experience a plus.
- Friendliness, positive attitude, ability to work in a team - required.
- Must be reliable, on time to work, responsible.
- Must be available on Friday nights, Saturdays and some Sundays.
- Love of craft beer & cocktails preferred, but not required.
