Role Summary:

This Rolex Delivery & Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring a flawless, high-touch Rolex delivery experience for clients who have purchased timepieces from our network of WOSG Official Rolex Jeweler locations. This role goes beyond logistics—it's about extending the showroom’s premium atmosphere into the field.

You will deliver purchased Rolex watches directly to clients and also have the unique opportunity to present additional timepieces for upselling and relationship-building. This position blends luxury service with sales performance, ensuring each delivery becomes an opportunity to enhance the brand experience and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Rolex watches to clients in a timely, secure, and professional manner
• Reinforce the premium Rolex experience at each point of client interaction outside the showroom
• Present additional curated Rolex timepieces during deliveries to encourage upsell and future interest
• Maintain strong brand representation, hospitality, and etiquette during all appointments
• Coordinate with Learning & Development for continuous product education and storytelling techniques
• Follow up with clients after delivery to ensure satisfaction and open future opportunities
• Act as a mobile brand ambassador, enhancing the Rolex journey from showroom to delivery
• Collaborate with showroom teams to align messaging, promotions, and personalization strategies
• Work with marketing and leadership to support or lead exclusive client events or private previews
• Ensure inventory and CRM systems are accurately updated after each interaction
• Maintain a refined portfolio of hospitality recommendations and local luxury offerings
• Provide weekly feedback to both Rolex and WOSG teams regarding client experience and delivery insights
• Track and report on sales performance, upsell success, and customer engagement metrics
• Conduct informal luxury sales presentations when applicable during deliveries

Knowledge & Education Required:

• Solid understanding of luxury customer service and white-glove delivery protocol
• Strong knowledge of luxury timepieces preferred, especially Rolex
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing sales
• Proven success in relationship-based selling or upselling
• Experience working in mobile roles or with field-based clients is a plus

Additional Notes:

This is a client-facing role that combines delivery logistics, sales potential, and luxury client care. The ideal candidate is equally confident delivering a $20,000 watch as they are explaining the features of a $50,000 model to a discerning collector.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
