What You Will Do
- Work side by side with team to ensure dish and glassware are cleaned and sanitized
- Clean and organize dish, glass and smallwares during service
- Performs opening and closing side work
- Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times
- Thoroughly cleans and organizes the utility area
- Performs daily check list and ensures cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met

What You Should Have
- 1 or more years experience in a high volume kitchen
- A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
- Must have an accommodating attitude
- Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
