What are the responsibilities and job description for the NIGHT AUDITOR WESTIN HOUSTON DOWNTOWN position at The Westin?
Overview :
The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audi work as well as all Front Office functions on the third shift (11 PM 7 AM).
Responsibilities :
- Initiate and complete the End of Day process.
- Run all reports as required for Food & Beverage audit.
- Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
- Balance the days work (i.e. movie revenue, telephone postings, valet laundry, servers and desk agents paperwork, etc.).
- Maintain cashiering responsibilities as per Front Office procedures.
- Maintain Front Office computer system.
- Fulfill all Front Office functions between the hours of 11 PM and 7 PM.
- Follow safety and emergency procedures.
- Maintain proper record keeping (i.e., log books, etc.).
- Complete the initial direct bills, daily, and place on the Property Accountants desk. Attach all folio / banquet check back-up to the bills.
