The Wittern Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our team! This position is perfect for individuals who are driven by quality of service and have a passion for the customer experience. In this role the Account Manager will build a strong client base and relationships to be a point of contact for identifying and correcting any obstacles in the sale process. This individual will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, reviewing reports, and initiating corrective actions.

- Respond to client and vendor inquiries and document in customer database.
- Review sales reports to identify potentially malfunctioning machines and machines that need to be collected.
- Assist in sourcing and qualifying 3rd party service providers.
- Communicate with vendors & clients, documenting and following up with service issues and account placements.
- Communicate service escalations and irregularities with suggest corrective action.
- Maintain database integrity, assuring up-to-date & complete documentation of contacts, properties, machine information and task notes with minimal discrepancies.
