- Assists with managing a team of spa professionals.
- Responsible for setting and achieving sales goals.
- Implements and trains on new front desk protocols and processes.
- Scheduling management
- Directly reports to General Manager
- Oversight of our Front of the House operations and team
- Oversight of spa cleanliness and guest experience flow
- Spa Concierge Lead and oversees the front desk operations
- Assists with day-to-day operations.
- Customer service knowledge required.
- Leadership experience required.
- Spa knowledge a bonus but not required
- Massage License and/or Esthetics License a bonus but not a requirement
