- Assist in setting up banquet and event spaces according to specified floor plans and design layouts
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, decorations, and other event elements as per event requirements
- Collaborate with the banquet serving team to ensure seamless coordination during events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines while handling equipment and setting up food stations
- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure timely completion of set-up tasks
- Respond promptly to any last-minute changes or additional set-up requests
