Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, such as Toast POS.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience through recommendations and personalized service.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving drinks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within food service or catering environments is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the establishment's schedule.
