We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a compassionate mindset and a passion for helping seniors. A self-starter with enthusiam and initiative. Salary Range : Based on experience
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities :
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
Monitor vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate.
Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Educate patients and families about health care maintenance.
Observe and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications :
Must be licensed Nurse (LPN)
Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions.
Can foster good resident and family relationships.
Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
A passion for working with elderly residents.
Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
