As a Dishwasher, you will perform a variety of food service functions and maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the service area, facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Operating a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and food service equipment.
- Setting up and cleaning dish machine area
- Storing clean equipment and utensils
- Assisting in keeping preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
- Emptying garbage and moving to dump site.
- Sweeping and mopping floors
Qualifications :
- High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Prior experience preferred.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
