Physician Position at Theoria Medical
We are seeking a dedicated physician to join our team as a medical director for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in the Jonesburg, MO area.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in SNFs, participating in administrative and quality initiatives, and collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage resident care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute illness and chronic diseases
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and programs, including Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, RPM, and more
- Supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physicians assistants
- Utilize electronic/online medical tools such as EHR systems and state/county medical systems

- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
