Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services is located in the city of Parma, OH. We are looking for Direct Care Aides to join our strong team of professionals.
Position Needed:
Part Time 1st shifts
Part time and Full-time 2nd shifts
Part time and Full-time 3rd shifts
Join our rewarding team for:
- Providing Assistance to clients in day-to-day activities
- Ensuring clients receive their proper medication and dosage
- Going out into the community, shopping trips, dining out and may include transporting to doctor appointments
- Providing personal care
- Communicating with leadership and medical professionals about clients health or issues
- Preparing and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs
- Completing electronic documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalency
- Valid Driver's License
- Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
- Experience working as a direct care aide or similar field but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to client needs
- High attention to detail and care
- CPR first aid, medication administration (paid trainings)
