Residential Plumber Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and provide solutions to residential plumbing and drain issues.
- Performing drain inspections and cleanings.
- Maintain, repair, and install electric, gas, and tankless water heaters.
- Installing and repairing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, shower valves, etc.
- Run plumbing service calls throughout the Raleigh/Durham area.
- Complete all required documentation on services and collect, record, and deliver fees to designated office administration.
- Be on time and reliable.
- Take initiative while working with others.
- Wear proper personal protective equipment when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Residential Plumber Requirements:
- 2 years of residential plumbing experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of water distribution and disposal systems
- A firm understanding of plumbing tools and equipment and how to use them.
- Excellent communication
- Friendly and patience
- Ability to work in awkward spaces.
- NC Plumbing License preferred.
- Must also have an insurable driving record.
