The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $31.73–$47.60.

Advanced Electrician

Principle Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair complex electronic equipment and components, including circuit boards, networks, and safety systems.
- Plan, install, and repair wiring, fixtures, and control equipment, following strict safety procedures and electrical codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools.
- Lead or participate in performance reviews and Lean events to identify maintenance improvements.
- Provide production, process, and plant engineering advanced systems expertise.
- High School or Trade School Diploma.
- 3 – 8 years of experience working in an electrical/electronics capacity.
- Current status of Connecticut electrician’s license.
- Professional certifications, military background, and an AS degree in the electrical or electronic field.
- Experience of 5 to 10 years in an electrical/electronics position.
- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- E1/E2 CT electrical license and five years of experience in PLC programming.
