Quality Inspector

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, and collaborating with various departments to maintain and improve our quality management systems.

Duties

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, electrical testing equipment, and force gauges.
• Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality and identify defects.
• Perform data collection and analysis to support quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 & AS9100 standards.
• Participate in quality audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems and processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality control issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality metrics.
• Assist in the development and improvement of quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Skills

• Proficiency in using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for product evaluation.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements (AS9100)
• Excellent analytical skills for data collection and interpretation.
• Experience with quality audits and implementing improvements based on findings is a bonus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
