Strong understanding of MS-DRGs, SOI/ROM, and clinical documentation requirements.
Proven ability to perform accurate and efficient concurrent CDI reviews in a high-volume setting.
Preferred Qualifications
DRG audit experience and familiarity with post-discharge review processes.
Prior experience working with general surgery, spinal procedures, and trauma cases in a CDI capacity.
Proficiency with CDI software and electronic health records (EHRs).
