Job Description
Thinking Minds' client is seeking an experienced SAP-BRIM Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. The role will focus on leading the implementation, configuration, and testing of SAP-BRIM solutions, including Contract Accounting (FICA), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM). This is a 24-month contract position, primarily remote, with occasional on-site work required during critical project phases such as SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
The successful candidate will act as the key functional lead for Order-to-Cash and billing transformation activities. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective, scalable SAP BRIM solutions. This includes designing and executing system integration and user acceptance testing, supporting automation testing, and leading workshops to align business processes with technical solutions.
Candidates should have a strong background in global SAP billing operations, be comfortable working independently in a complex enterprise environment, and possess exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead functional workshops to document billing and revenue management requirements
Develop Agile product backlogs, including user stories and RICEFs
Serve as the key liaison for billing-related development and testing phases
Configure and provide functional support for SAP-BRIM modules (CC, CI, CM, FICA)
Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live Hypercare activities
Translate complex B2B contracts into scalable billing solutions
Provide training, documentation, and readiness support for users
Perform billing validation and data migration analysis
Ensure alignment with ITIL / ITSM best practices and internal standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
15 years in SAP BRIM billing systems
Deep hands-on experience with SAP-BRIM modules (CC, CI, CM, FICA)
Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing Module
Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to travel up to 10% and be on-site during key project phases
