Days/Hours:
- Monday - Thursday; August 4, 2025 - May 31, 2026
Class Times Available (Contractors can select all or some):
- Starting at 8:00 am
- 60 minute classes
- Last class ends at 4:00 pm
- Afterschool clubs end at 5:00 pm
Compensation:
- $30.00 an hour
- Independent Contractors are paid once a month
Contractor agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver specialized Home Economics expertise - knowledge, skills, and passion - for students in grades 6th - 8th each scheduled school day
- Model behavior quality and Third Future Schools habits of success
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress, and provide grades (pass/fail) in accordance with school procedures and regulations
- Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures
- Provide availability to engage parents and families to support student learning
- Exhibit professionalism and leadership skills
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
