The Thirsty Fox Pub & Grill is busy and growing, and we are now seeking a General Manager to work primarily between 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm Wednesdays through Sundays. - Greet our guests and help the overall flow of the restaurant
- Schedule servers to their assigned areas
- Maintain a professional work environment where people are well trained, respectful, safety conscious and excited to come to work each day
- A clean, sanitary, and well-maintained kitchen and bar area is something that you take pride in. You must lead the team to complete all cleaning schedules
- Jump in where needed to resolve issues and ensure a good customer experience.
- Provide direction to kitchen and front house staff, ensuring execution of all employee duties & cleaning schedules
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local food handling requirements
- Monitor labor costs to attain budgeted goals within restaurant policies and procedures
- Monitor all food plating for quality and consistency
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
