Exhibit Guide Team Member
Job Summary: Otherworld Exhibit Guides bring Otherworld to life each day by engaging our guests, monitoring the exhibits, and ensuring everyone who walks into Otherworld has an extraordinary experience.
Essential Job Duties: Otherworld Guides report to the Operations Manager and are responsible to:

Monitor the exhibits and guests. Exhibit Guides are present inside the exhibits whenever we are open with guests present. Monitoring is done to ensure that all guests are safe and behaving safely, that all exhibits are looking good, looking and sounding pristine, and functioning correctly, and to assist any guests who need help or have questions.

Give magnificent guest service. Most importantly, our Exhibit Guides take care of our guests. They engage with them and help convert them to loyalists and superfans of Otherworld.

Clean and maintain our beautiful space. Exhibit Guides help maintain and sustain Otherworld by providing daily cleaning and organization of front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
Help wherever and whenever necessary. The Guide team is just one part of Otherworld. Each part works together, helping out however is needed to make Otherworld as successful as possible. We do this because we care about our community, believe in what we’re doing, and enjoy making incredible experiences for our guests.
