In this role, you'll build and manage your own pipeline, turning conversations into valuable partnerships that help businesses thrive. Core Responsibilities: Build and nurture positive client relationships through consistent engagement and expert consultation. Maintain meticulous pipeline management in our CRM, including detailed documentation of all client interactions. Collaborate with team members to enhance client service and maintain deep product knowledge.
Success Metrics:
- Maintain a 30% close rate
- Complete daily CRM updates with thorough client documentation
- Submit sales statistics by 7 PM EST Monday-Friday
- Demonstrate consistent follow-up with qualified prospects
- Maintain effective team communication channels
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of SMB sales experience
- Proven track record in high-volume transactional sales
- Outstanding phone and video presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and self-management
- Process-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for growth
- Ability to maintain a clear, trackable sales pipeline
Location & Schedule:
- Remote
- Available 9 AM - 5 PM local time for client engagement

Job Type: Full-time:
Compensation
- Commission: 10% of Cash Collected ( Example $18,000 = $1,800)
- Expected Earnings:
- If your sets close at at least 30%, you will have 15 closed sets per month.
- 15 closed sets *18,000 = $1,800 k/m = $270,000/yr
Time
- This is a full time, 40 hours / wk position.
- You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough open calendar space to hit 100 set calls.
- Be available to communicate through slack 9am-6am EST daily.
- This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere
