Our Wholesale / Distribution client is looking for a Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analystdevelops, implements, and administers compensation plans to attract, retain, and engage employees. Compiles compensation and other HR data to produce actionable reports.

Responsibilities -

  • Oversees the organization’s Compensation function, and collaborates with HR leadership and senior leadership to align compensation programs with overall business goals.
  • Benchmark total compensation and provide leadership information regarding direct and indirect compensation trends that may impact recruitment and retention programs.
  • Participates in relevant salary studies by providing, collecting, and submitting company compensation data.

Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources or related discipline (e.g., compensation administration, design, and strategy, or other related field); at least  3 years  of Compensation; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is preferred, but not required for this role.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential is preferred, but not required for this role.
  • Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation systems and processes
  • Knowledge of compensation administration principles and methodologies
