JOB SUMMARY
Supports the business in identifying and implementing optimal technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Responsibilities include preparing work plans for system upgrades and enhancements, configuring and maintaining technical
environments, and evaluating workflows to assess feasibility and resolve operational issues. Develops clear specifications and
documentation, plans and executes comprehensive test scenarios, and assists in establishing technology standards. Additional
duties include supporting resource estimation, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and promptly communicating any variances to
management.

- Supports the business in identifying optimal technical solutions for issues and processes, ensuring seamless integration
- Prepares business work plans to support analysis and the testing of system upgrades, modifications, and
collaborative groups. Manage small projects
- Provides support for configuring, implementing, and maintaining technical requirements across development, staging,
- Evaluates work processes, assesses the feasibility of small to medium project requests, and resolves operational
- Develops clear, concise specifications and accompanying documentation as assigned or as needed
- Plans, develops, and executes comprehensive test scenarios to ensure thorough validation.
- Assists in developing technology standards
- Assist in estimating resources required for task completion
- Completes assigned tasks by the due date or documents any variances
- "ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT: Works to achieve operational objectives within job area with direct impact on job area
technical results on larger, moderately complex projects, products, or systems. Skilled use of divisional tools and
software. Support and creation of artifacts as required. Participates in the On-call support program."

QUALIFICATIONS
Education - Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
- 1 year Application, implementation and support experience in addition to and
- 5 years Progressive experience in Information Services or
- Combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience or
- Large-Scale implementation/Upgrades
- Comprehensive test plan development
- 3 years Years of direct applications build on current software version or
- 10 years Progressive experience in Information Services or combination of Information Services and direct Health Care
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Preferred
- Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
- Implementation/Upgrade Support
- Applications Planning, Development and Implementation
