Thomas Keller Restaurant Group is expanding its accounting and seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to serve and support our various entities.
This position requires strong analytical thinking, financial reporting and verbal and written communication skills. The Payroll Specialist provides support to the management team to ensure all aspects of the bi-weekly payroll are completed accurately and within compliance. The incumbent should possess knowledge and the flexibility to do a variety of projects.
Candidates with previous payroll experience in a multi-unit hospitality environment are preferred. ADP and Microsoft office software programs a must.
Must have a customer service and people-oriented personality.
Minimum requirements:
· 3 years’ experience in a similar position
· Experience using ADP workforce now not necessary but strongly preferred
· Able to understand and communicate the predominant language of the restaurant or manufacturing environment
· Proficient in Microsoft office software
· Familiar with point of sales system such as Toast and Micros
· Must be physically able to reach, bend, stoop and carry up to 40 pounds, and utilize stairs regularly

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
