Preferred candidate will have several years of experience in installing various types of commercial signs. Ideal candidate will have experience servicing signage as well with some fabrication experience. However, we are willing to train and develop the right candidate.
The environment for this position is a mix of shop and field work, including use of various tools, machinery and construction equipment. Occasional travel will be required. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of sign installation experience.
Fundamental Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid UT driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and on-going random drug testing.
- Ability read, understand and follow work order instructions.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to work at heights on ladders, scaffolding and aerial lifts.
- Ability to maintain a clean working environment.
- Team oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Quality, accuracy and detail focused.
- Positive and professional attitude, clean attire, strong communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience installing all types of commercial signage (both non-electric and electric), service lighting electrical experience is a plus.
- Experience conducting site surveys such as obtaining photos and measurements, evaluating accessibility, taking inventory of existing signage is a plus.
- CDL and or experience running a crane is a plus.
