Seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as a Commercial Title Officer located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Duties include:
- Examine and Service files/review objection letters and reply
- Create proforma policies and proforma endorsements
- Communicate with Escrow Officers
- Review surveys and communicate with Surveyors
- Review recordings as needed
- Review and send out policies
- Attend meetings with clients when necessary; assist with Clients/Attorneys for any possible issues; anticipate any issues that may come up and find solutions whenever possible
- Attend underwriting seminars/meetings when appropriate; communicate underwriting issues with underwriters and maintain positive relationships; maintain and keep up with any new underwriting issues as they come up and share those issues with the Company
- Create new Exceptions/Requirements as underwriting procedures and/or statues change
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Ramquest preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Professional appearance
- Friendly, mature demeanor
- Full-time employment of 40 hours per week – opportunities for overtime
