In this role you will:
- Create concepts that generate a desired goal: donations, awareness, engagement, and reactivation.
- Collaborate with Creative Director and Copywriter to conceptualize and develop and execute fully integrated direct-response campaigns (direct mail, email, newsletters, digital display, social)
- Mentor and support junior designers and studio artists
- Identify and elevate opportunities for improvement of creative art direction within THD
What we seek:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years’ in-house or agency experience as a designer/art director (fundraising knowledge preferred).
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative suite
- Have strong creative vision and design skills across different channels (animation skills are a plus)
- This position is deadline-driven, which requires the ideal candidate to thrive under pressure, be outgoing and amiable, and work well with different personalities in a fast-paced environment (some prior project management software experience [Wrike or Basecamp] is a plus)
- Must be organized, self-sufficient, manage workload and timelines across multiple clients
