Field Service Technician – Sterilizer Specialist

What You’ll Do:
- Install and service medical equipment (surgical lights, tables, booms, sterilizers) following manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues, replacing mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical components as needed
- Provide remote technical support and diagnostics to healthcare customers
- Maintain factory certifications and product line proficiency
- Install and maintain fiber optic, low-voltage, and media cables
- Drive revenue growth by offering service-based solutions
- Complete service orders, expense reports, PMs, and other documentation within required timeframes
- Travel up to 75% and be available for after-hours or weekend support when necessary
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with a reliable vehicle
- Ability to read schematics and site drawings
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and AC/DC electrical systems
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to undergo background check and credentialing
- Experience in medical equipment service or related technical field preferred
