Lynx Assistant Coach Expectations

Follow the head coach's season plan.
Support success for your team for the season. Academics, behavior, athletics.
Attend all practice/season scheduled events.
Understand and follow the Lynx PEAKs.
Team building/bonding outside of the sport.
Assist with traveling logistics.
Communication with the head coach, and all others involved.
Review NCAC Athletic handbook
Stay current in all certifications and TSD guidelines.
Be respectful and supportive of a learning environment for all people involved.
