Responsibilities
- Set up and breakdown banquet/meeting space per Banquet Event Order instructions including tables and chairs, table condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.), linens, place settings, center pieces, and all other event provisions
- Ensure excellent and prompt food service to members and guests
- Ensure glasses are refilled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
- Previous experience in banquets or restaurant preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a point-of-sale system
