The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday 9a-5:30p.

Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly, helpful and efficient manner
- Manage multi-line phone system, answering inquiries or transferring to the appropriate party
- Perform day-to-day administrative operations such as printing materials, distributing mail and office supply management
- Perform various communication and media duties to inform members and staff of club news, events, activities, etc.
- Establish and maintain positive member relationships
- Be informed about upcoming club events and able to educate members and guests on current and future club offerings
- Provide information regarding events, dining venues, etc.
- Accurately record reservations required for member events and dining
- Provide high-level customer service, handling member requests or concerns in a positive and timely manner, escalating to the appropriate party as necessary
- Performs any other duties deemed necessary by supervisor and professional staff
- Superior communication skills
- 2-3 years administrative or office management experience
- Self-motivated, highly organized with strong analytical skills
