More About the Position
A T&G HVAC Service Technician
Uncapped earning potential typically in the range of 50k-110k
- Running service and maintenance appointments for residential HVAC customers in their homes, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with the HVAC systems
- Understands and masters the ability to present multiple options for repairs and enhancements via a company iPad
- Runs preventative maintenance appointments for our 13k Home Care Club Members
- Actively participates in ongoing training through Nexstar, meetings, and company events
- Is held to performance based KPIs
What Does It Take?
What does it take?
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with the HVAC system within confined spaces, including but not limited to crawl spaces and attics
- A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers
- Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

Please arrive at 24501 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. We have two buildings on Hallwood Ct. Please come to the 1st building with our trucks that has a glass front (TG2). We will meet you at the front door.
Parking: Please Park in our lot at TG1 or TG2-glass building on either side only. Please do not park at Bonaventure (you will be towed in the surrounding company lots) unless parking along the tree line faces away from Halsted, where our trucks are.
We will give an overview of the company, a tour, and possibly on-site interviews with hiring managers.
