What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Supervisor position at Three Boys Java LLC?
We are looking for a shift supervisor with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to help lead the team at our newest drive-thru only store in Commerce! Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you’ll help develop a team of amazing people, serving amazing drinks, amazingly fast. If coffee is new to you, don’t worry. We’ll teach you everything you need to know!
Hours: Flexible schedule with all shifts available but with an emphasis on the afternoon shift thru closing at 8PM.

Responsibilities:
- Leading shifts – including morning rushes, middays, and closes.
- Training new Baristas
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food.
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed.
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries.
- Additional duties as assigned.
