This role is responsible for overseeing the Financial Accounting and Reporting Department, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient financial services.
Job Tasks :
- Apply Healthcare Finance Knowledge : Use your understanding of healthcare finance to drive both clinical and financial outcomes.
- Manage Capital Assets : Oversee capital asset management processes to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with HIM and Case Management : Demonstrate knowledge of Health Information Management (HIM) and Case Management / Care Coordination functions to support financial goals.
- Enhance Productivity and Scheduling : Optimize staffing, productivity, and scheduling processes.
- Ensure Accounting and Compliance Excellence : Maintain a strong grasp of hospital accounting, internal controls, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
