• Promote a patient-centered environment, prioritizing quality, safety, and ethical standards.
• Engage in clinical leadership, ensuring care standards align with regulations and evidence-based practice.
• Support academic collaborations, aligning education with organizational needs.
• Manage resources effectively to meet budget, quality, and patient safety goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, promoting safety, risk management, and quality care.
