Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing early intervention, preschool, and school-based services. We are seeking a part time or full time Physical Therapist to provide preschool-based services in Middletown, NY in Orange County.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in a preschool setting
- Collaborate with other service providers to support IEP goals and objectives.
- Complete session notes and progress reports as required
Qualifications:
- M.A. or M.S. degree in Physical Therapy
- NYS License in Physical Therapy required.
- Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload
