Position Overview

Live Your Best Life at ThrIVe Drip Spa! We are growing and casting for Fort Worth's best RNs to join the ThrIVe Family. You are friendly, caring, adaptable, and anticipatory by nature. Registered Nurse is responsible for providing appropriate and safe nursing care to clients in a luxury environment, based out of our Forth Worth location. Our Registered Nurses will have expert proficiency in IV and IM injections, the ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and maintain clean workspaces while multitasking.

Job Details

PRN: 2-4 shifts/month (with opportunity for additional shifts after schedule posted).

Shift Details: Weekends 10:00am - 6:00 pm | Weekdays: 9:00am to 7:00pm

Pay

Duties include but are not limited to:

Execute and supports the mission, vision, values, and goals of ThrIVe Drip Spa.

Supervise and orient new nursing staff. Thoroughly complete proper training documentation and communicate with Nursing Director about performance.

Display positive customer service behaviors. Promotes and exemplifies client safety.

Acts as clinical and operational resource for staff on shift.

Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, protocols, and standing orders in conjunction with the Nursing Director that guides and supports the provision of client services.

Oversee the observation and nursing interpretation of client lab results, obtain formal Medical Director approval, and follow through to ensure all required documentation is uploaded into Meevo.

Obtain and accurately record details and information related to client vital signs, client medical history, medications, and current health conditions.

Participate in monthly All Things Nursing calls annually (unless on PTO or predetermined/communicated with Nursing Director).

Accurately perform and document monthly inventory within appropriate timeframe. Responsible for ordering supplies at appropriate intervals to ensure all are readily available, not expired, and/or beyond their use date.

Is an exemplary steward of resources, contributing to a positive financial impact for ThrIVe Drip Spa.

Effectively and respectfully communicates with all ThrIVe Drip Spa employees and peers. Appropriately utilize and activate Chain of Command when necessary.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

RN State License (Required)

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

At least 3yr experience with continuous administration of IVs

Must display expert proficiency at IV and IM injections during practical

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a moderate to fast paced environment

Must submit to, and pass background check

Must be able to adhere to minimal scheduling requirements

Salary: $40.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Mandatory)
• Unencumbered RN License (Mandatory)

Work Location: may include Mobile/off-site events, conferences, Highland Park location, etc.

Training for this position will be conducted within the DFW market/region.
