Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle is looking for a full time CSR to join our team!
Salary: $18 - $20 / hour
The right candidate:
- has excellent communication skills
- works well on a team as well as independently
- has impeccable customer service skills
- exemplary time management skills
- 1 year of medical scheduling/coordination experience preferred
- Ability to work late swing shifts
Job Overview:
- Demonstrate excellent relations with clients/patients over the phone
- Ensure clients and patients feel welcome and comfortable during the scheduling process.
- Serve as “Ambassadors”-creating and maintaining goodwill for the hospital.
- Prepare charts for specialty departments
- Partner with referral veterinarians for records management
- Fill prescription refill requests
