Thrive is looking for two dynamic REGIONAL DIRECTORS to oversee our operations in the western part of our DES MOINES METRO region (one to cover most of Polk County and one to cover Dallas County and the western edge of Polk County).
The Regional Director is a management/leadership position with responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Overseeing employees and the consumer caseload
- Scheduling
- Employee hiring and reviews
- Completion of Thrive and state-required paperwork with deadlines
- Attending meetings, marketing, and community outreach.
- Working with a leadership team of other Regional Directors throughout the State of Iowa
- Performs job development and job coaching as needed.

Candidates for this position should have a bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience, preferably in human services, sociology, psychology, education, or a related field. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all professional development standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines. Reliable transportation is required.
