About This Role

• As a Counselor (Full Time) with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide them with the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct intakes and diagnoses according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling or related field from an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Board-approved Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor.
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
